Can it be repaired even after the warranty period has passed?

After confirming the cause of the failure, we will provide you with an estimate, including whether it is possible to repair it.


What if something breaks due to DIY installation (or) user error?

We cannot honor warranty due to mishandling, and/or user error. However, spare parts are available for sale. Please contact your dealer for information.
*We only honor warranty factory defect/s that a particular unit may have.
*Chigee Philippines will not honor warranty on units that has been opened apart, spliced, or incorrectly installed.

If my screen or any hardware breaks due to a crash, can I claim my device’s warranty?

No. However, spare parts are available for purchase. Please contact your dealer.

What if one year has elapsed? Can I still get some parts if something breaks?

Yes. We do sell spare parts. Please contact your dealer.

Can I bring products from other countries to the Philippines for warranty service?

Due to global market regulations and product serial number recognition, we are unable to provide warranty services for products not intended for the Philippine market.
If you reside in the Philippines, please avoid purchasing products from non-Chigee authorized dealers, as this may result in the inability to activate and use the product properly.
