No. Your AIO-5 is recording on loop. However, if the device detects impact, or crash, it will automatically lock that video file for reference.

No need. Your AIO-5 is automatically recording each time you turn on the ignition of your motorcycle. The AIO-5 is also recording automatically, even if it is turned off if it detects motion, vibration, or impact, via the Sentry Mode function.

 

Yes. Locking your screen is possible by pressing the rightmost button at the top of the screen.

Yes. Any BMW motorcycle (old or as new as the R1300 GS) can be controlled using our CGRC (BMW Wonder Wheel controller). Please contact your dealer for more information.

Audio output will be paired with the smartphone connected to this unit, not the screen. Output will be made according to the specifications of the equipment being used.

 

This is because the DFS (Dynamic Frequency Selection) function works to check for radio wave interference when using Wi-Fi connected W56 according to the Radio Law.

Only files that detect impact will be locked. When an impact is detected, one file from the front camera and one file from the rear camera will be locked. The locked recording time can be set (1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes).

 

Due to the use of a wide-angle lens, there is a slight difference between the image and the actual appearance. Please limit the video of this device to only an auxiliary image of the rear view and confirm safety visually or in the motorcycle's side view mirror when changing lanes or backing up.

 

Please use wet microfiber towel and gently wipe the camera body and the lens. Make sure that the microfiber towel you are using is wet with water, to avoid causing scratches on the lens.

*Do not use any alcohol based, or harsh soap as these substances may cause damage to the camera lens.

*Do not point sharp setting on jet washer directly, and closely to the camera and its wires, to avoid damages due to high pressure.

Please use a wet microfiber towel and gently wipe the screen. Make sure that the microfiber towel you are using is wet with water, to avoid causing scratches on the screen.

*Do not use any alcohol based, or harsh soap as these substances may cause damage to the touch sensitive screen.

*Do not point sharp setting on your jet washer directly, and closely to the screen and its wires, to avoid damages due to high pressure.

Major update information will be available from our website at any time. You can also update by receiving a notification within the app and connecting the device to Wi-Fi.

　*An SD card is required for both updates.

How is theft prevented?

Can I charge my smartphone using this CG-2 Motorcycle Phone Holder?

Yes. For wireless charging compatible phones, the CG-2 can support up to 15W wireless fast charging.

There is also an available USB-C wired charging that can support up to 25W charging.

Is this mobile phone holder secure even at high speeds?

Yes. The CG-2 Mobile Phone Holder is tested to withstand winds up to 220km/h

My smartphone does not support wireless charging. Can I still use the CG-2 Motorcycle Phone Holder on my motorcycle?

Yes. The CG-2 features a USB-C wired charging port that can support up to 25W fast charging.

I am worried about my motorcycle’s vibration damaging my smartphone’s camera sensor. Does this product have a feature to avoid camera sensor damage?

Yes. At the back of the CG-2 Motorcycle Phone Holder’s aluminum framing, there are four Floating Shock Absorption system that can be tuned to significantly reduce the vibration from any motorcycle, while staying secure.

Is it safe to use this device even when it’s raining?

Yes, the CG-2 is IP67 waterproof rated. It can withstand any rainy conditions and can even be washed together with your motorcycle.

*Avoid pointing pressure washer too close or in its sharp setting to avoid damage to the rubber components and seals.

Is it safe to use this device on my dirt/enduro motorcycle?

Will this device drain my motorcycle battery?

No. This is a smart device that can detect if your battery is below 12V, and will not allow you to continue charging your mobile phone at that point. As a result, you will still be able to save battery charge for your motorcycle’s start-up ignition.

What kind of material is the CG-2 made of?

It is made of lightweight and durable aluminum for its main frame, up to the mounting bracket.

Smartphones have a protection circuit that activates at high temperatures and makes them unusable. Does the CG-2 have a similar protection function?

Please check the bolts that support the Floating Shock Absorber, and make sure that all four bolts are sufficiently tightened. If some bolts are loose, tighten until it becomes just snug.

No. Most installations are done using 3M VHB adhesive, and the wiring is routed inside the motorcycle’s frame, and directly wired to the battery so it cannot be easily removed.

It is also mounted using 3M VHB adhesive to ensure that it will stick strong to your desired mounting point.

Can I charge an older Android device that uses USB micro?

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a regular USB port that you can use to plug any kind of charging cable.

Can I charge an Apple/iPhone device that uses lightning cable?

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a regular USB port that you can use to plug any kind of charging cable.

Can I charge an modern Android device that uses USB-C?

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a USB-C port that you can use to plug any kind of charging cable that uses USB-C connection.

Is it safe to use this device even when it’s raining?

Yes, the CG-2 is IP66 rated. It can withstand rainy conditions and can even be washed together with your motorcycle.

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a mode that is designed to recharge your AGM Maintenance Free battery using an ordinary power bank, or a wall electrical outlet.

What if my Li-Ion battery discharges in the middle of a ride? Can this device help me?

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a mode that is designed to recharge your Li-Ion battery using an ordinary power bank, or a wall electrical outlet.

What if my Lead-Acid battery discharges in the middle of a ride? Can this device help me?

Yes. The TR100 Supercharger has a mode that is designed to recharge your Lead-Acid battery using an ordinary power bank, or a wall electrical outlet.

How long will it take the TR100 to recharge my battery to a point where I could start my motorcycle in an emergency?

The charging speed will vary depending on the charging cable and power source.

6AH will take up to 35 minutes, 9AH will take up to 53 minutes, while 12AH will take up to 74 minutes.

I plan on not using my motorcycle for extended periods of time. How can this device help me?

The TR100 Supercharger has a mode that can maintain the charge level of your motorcycle on its trickle charging mode. It can be left plugged on a power bank, but it is best to leave it plugged on a wall electrical outlet.

What are the TR100’s main functions?

The TR100 Supercharger can trickle charge your motorcycle’s battery.

The TR100 can also be used to charge your motorcycle’s battery in cases of emergency battery drainage, just using a powerbank.

The TR100 can also be used to charge your electronic devices as you ride.

The 3M VHB is not sticking properly, what should I do?

You may try remove the old adhesive, and replace it with the same kind. Make sure to prepare the mounting surface properly and make sure that it is free from dust or oil for maximum effect.

My side mirrors’ bolt is no longer reaching the other side with the mounting bracket and spacer installed in the middle, what should I do?

We advise getting a longer bolt to make sure that the side mirror bracket can be tightened back to its specified torque.
